KVKK Privacy Notice
Information on the protection of personal data
This privacy notice has been prepared by İlhanlar Kimya A.Ş. ("the Company"), as data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK", the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), to inform you about the processing of the personal data you share with us through the quote, sample and contact forms on our website and via WhatsApp and the chat assistant.

Personal data processed
- Identity: full name
- Contact: phone number, e-mail address
- Customer transaction: company / brand name, requested product group, packaging volume, order quantity, delivery location, packaging preference, message and note contents
- Transaction security: IP address, form submission date and time, visited page information
Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your quote, sample and facility visit requests and getting back to you
- Conducting preliminary discussions for establishing a private label manufacturing agreement
- Answering your questions and carrying out communication activities
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse (spam, etc.)
- Fulfilling our legal obligations
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5, paragraph 2 of KVKK: that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (ç), and that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (f).
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, the chat assistant, e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp channels.
Transfer
Within the limits of the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners and service providers from whom we obtain website hosting, e-mail and software services, and, upon request, to authorized public institutions and organizations. Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods provided in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
